DATA COLLECTION

The following data may be collected using our ALPR System (collectively, “ALPR Data”):

• License plate numbers and license plate state;

• Photographic images of vehicles (and surroundings);

• Date, time, and geographic location of each scan; and

• Gate access event records, including records of entry and exit at our facilities.

PURPOSE

ALPR Data may be accessed and used for the following purposes:

• To verify membership status and facilitate gate access for members;

• To support billing or disputes, and provide customer support;

• To enhance public safety and security, including by investigating incidents such as theft, vandalism, or trespassing; and

• To manage facility operations and enforce facility policies.

AUTHORIZED PARTIES

Access to ALPR Data is limited to the following parties (collectively, “Authorized Users”):

• Corporate employees, including customer service staff, and personnel at our facilities; and

• Service providers and vendors that perform services on our behalf.

Before accessing ALPR Data, Authorized Users receive guidelines regarding confidentiality and information security expectations.

DATA RETENTION

We do not sell, lease, or otherwise commercially distribute ALPR Data. ALPR Data may be shared with third parties in limited circumstances, including:

• To law enforcement or other governmental authorities in response to lawful requests, to comply with legal process, or in other cases if we believe the disclosure is required or appropriate to comply with legal or regulatory requirements;

• To service providers or other vendors in connection with system operation, maintenance, gate access, and vehicle identification services, subject to our confidentiality agreements with such providers; and

• To third parties in connection with or in anticipation of an asset sale, merger, acquisition, or other business transaction, including in the context of a bankruptcy proceeding or other restructuring matter.

We do not sell, lease, or otherwise commercially distribute ALPR Data. ALPR Data may be shared with third parties in limited circumstances, including:

DATA ACCURACY AND CORRECTION

We conduct regular testing and regularly review ALPR Data for accuracy. Any concerns regarding the accuracy of ALPR Data may be submitted using the contact information below.

OFFICIAL CUSTODIAN

The official custodian and owner of ALPR Data and our ALPR System is our Chief Executive Officer.
